Part time wage slave , full time sad sack. I started this account as a kid to showcase some mid art I drew and some not my best work short stories but these days I honestly don't upload a lot of art. Be it because of a loss of motivation, having no time to draw and upload, or because Deviant Art likes to be the center of controversy and stretch the trust of its remaining userbase pretty thin. I'm still hanging around here for now but it's mostly to keep in touch with the friends I've made and to read some on-going web comics.

Due to the increasing trend of "Deviant Art and other art posting alternatives going to shit at a rapid pace", I have decided to just throw everything to the wind, take the advice of a random tumblr post on my dash, and make my own little art space on Neocities. I didn't want to announce its existence until I was done fucking around and actually started to upload images, but hey, I'll just tell any interested parties about it now and deal with the rest later. If anything I'll make another announcement about it when it looks presentable, but for now there's a link to my site on my profile if you feel like swinging by (should be the first thing you see on my bio)

I think my most favorite thing about the live action Avatar show is that throughout most of an episode, my boyfriend will let out a disappointed groan and say "that's not how it happened! they're changing key moments that affect growth and character development for no reason!" And then I jokingly hit him with a "they didn't have the budget/they only had eight episodes" comment and he just sinks deeper into despair. It's like when we watch Yu-Gi-Oh and he calls out all the bad/impossible moves or cards with nonexistent effects, except neither of us are having a good time.
